FAQ 1

Can we say what content we want in the ceremony?

Answer     You have absolute say. We will advise you and show you a comprehensive list of resources, readings, vows, blessings, prayers but this is your special occasion and you decide what is said, sung, read or played.

FAQ 2

Who chooses the setting?

Answer     You do from where the ceremony takes place, be it your home, garden, a hotel, or outdoors. ( Feel free to be creative - all we ask is that you pay the celebrants fares! )

FAQ 3

How may the ceremony be a spiritual one?

Answer     You will be asked if you wish our celebrant to wear ceremonial robes, a suit or casual/smart dress. The celebrant will use holy oil, holy water, candles, or the symbols of your choosing. Equally the ceremony can be completely free of religious symbolism.

FAQ 4

Are alternative ceremonies on the increase?

Answer         Definitely more and more people are requesting a ceremony that is spiritual without involving the established churches.

FAQ 5

Is the ceremony legal?

Answer         Our ceremony is bespoke, personal to you, not made special or legal by the blessing of a church or the state but by you yourselves.
