I specialize in group psychotherapy but I also offer individual and couples therapy. I have worked in the NHS, with statutory and voluntary organizations, in private practice. My approach is psycho dynamic but I am integrative in the treatment I offer so as to give you the most effective therapy.
It is my mission to offer affordable, where appropriate low cost, accessible professional therapy or counselling to all, not just a monied elite.
